FOR DANCERS / OPEN INVITATION
Show us how you dance to it.
Country swing, line dance, two-step, waltz, freestyle—choose a Rex Russell song and make the dance your own. Send in your video for consideration on the Rex Russell YouTube channel.
Need a full-quality song file for your video? Email Rex to request a WAV or MP3. Tell him the song title and which format you prefer.
HOW TO TAKE PART
Three simple steps.
- 01
Pick your song.
Use a Rex Russell song from the song library. A solo, couple, or group dance is welcome. Need the full song for editing? Email Rex to request a WAV or MP3 file for your dance video.
Request a WAV or MP3 by email - 02
Film your dance.
A clear phone video is enough. Horizontal works well for a full YouTube video; vertical is welcome for Shorts. Keep the music audible and tell us which song you used. Film somewhere you have permission to record.
- 03
Send a private link.
Upload the original video to a service you use, such as Google Drive, and enable viewing for people with the link. Email the link, the song title, the credit name, and one public profile you want linked.
YOUR SUBMISSION
Send your video to Rex.
Use the email button below, or write to rex.russell.music@gmail.com with the subject “Dance video submission.” Include your video link, the song title, your dancer or crew name, and the profile URL you want credited.
